Nicholas went back to the hospital on Monday with a fever. We found out he received a Staph infection when he had his shunt inserted in July. His surgeon took the shunt out and has the fluid from his head draining into a bag. When the Staph infection clears they will put in a new shunt. Nicholas is doing well. Grandma, Daddy, Mommy and all of the wonderful nurses are looking after him in the hospital. If all goes well and the Staph infection clears he could be out of the hospital in about two weeks. Please keep him in your prayers.
